about me
After years of serving as an executive and personal assistant to the founders of two multi-million-dollar businesses, I witnessed firsthand how the culture of the corporate world devours feminine, intuitive intellect. I saw brilliant, ambitious women battling with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and relentless stress – yet, in my role, I felt powerless to help them.
When I eventually stepped out to create my own business, I realized that corporate culture had left deep marks on my psyche. I knew I had a choice to do things differently, but old habits and beliefs were hard to shake. In my search for freedom, I found myself in a year-long immersion in a "cult of the feminine." While it was not the perfect solution, I learned somatic techniques that sparked the beginning of my healing journey.
I’ve taken those techniques, refined them, and removed the cult mentality to create something more potent and accessible: a path to healing and growth for women like me. From these roots, combined with the power of word affirmation hypnotherapy, I developed SomaReset™️ – a signature modality that goes beyond traditional coaching to foster profound transformation.
